Privacy policy
Galaxy Jar is a game operated by B5 Source LLC, doing business as Borrego Business Systems ("we"). This policy explains what the game collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: the game never asks for your name, email, or contacts, it shows no ads, and we do not sell data.
What we collect

What we do not collect
- No names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, or precise location.
- No advertising identifiers, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
- No payment information. The game is free and has no purchases.
Storage on your device
The game stores your progress and settings in your browser's local storage so it works offline. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes the data
We use service providers to run the game: Vercel hosts the game and stores the leaderboard, and Neon hosts the database for statistics and backups. Like all web hosts, they process network addresses in order to deliver the game and keep it secure. We do not sell or rent data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Play statistics are deleted after 24 months. Each day's leaderboard and your backup are kept until you delete your data or we retire the feature. Transfer codes expire after 10 minutes.
Your choices
- Delete your data. In the game, open Backup and privacy and choose Delete my data. This erases your backup, your statistics, your score checks, and your current leaderboard rows from our servers, and clears the game on that device.
- Ask us. You can also request access to or deletion of your data, or ask any privacy question, at privacy@borregobusinesssystems.com. Because the game does not know who you are, we may ask for a transfer or recovery code to find your data.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Galaxy Jar is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If the game changes in a way that affects privacy, for example if ads or purchases are added, we will update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect.
