Terms of use
These terms cover your use of Galaxy Jar, a game operated by B5 Source LLC, doing business as Borrego Business Systems ("we"). By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
Playing the game
Galaxy Jar is free to play. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to play it for your own enjoyment. The game, its name, artwork, and code belong to us.
Fair play and the leaderboard
- Do not cheat, submit scores you did not earn by playing, automate play, or interfere with the game or its servers.
- Initials on the leaderboard must not be offensive or impersonate others.
- Posted scores are checked by replaying the game. We may remove any score or initials, and restrict access, at our discretion to keep the leaderboard fair and friendly.
Your progress
Progress is stored on your device and backed up automatically. We work to keep it safe but cannot guarantee that progress, streaks, or scores will never be lost. Keep your recovery code private: anyone who has it can restore your progress.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what the game collects and the choices you have.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or discontinue the game or any feature at any time.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, B5 Source LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us to play in the previous twelve months, which for a free game is zero. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when new features are added. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
